1. Unidirectional throttle valve: When the inlet P1 is ventilated, adjusting the rotation can control the outlet flow rate of P2.

2. Manual directional valve: The L-shaped connector is used to connect the air pipe port. When the P port is supplied with gas, the manual switch is pulled to control the inlet and outlet of ports A and B. During circuit switching, exhaust is carried out through the exhaust port.

3. Pressure gauge: By connecting the component to a node in the circuit, the pressure value at that point can be detected, mainly used to monitor the pressure at the node.

4. Pressure regulating valve: The gas pressure regulating valve is a lever type pressure difference feedback control for pressure regulation. The gas in the cylinder is liquid, and the pressure is too high. It must be depressurized to be suitable for combustion in the furnace. The gas pressure regulating valve is broken and must be replaced with a new one. Consequence 1: Not venting; Consequence 2, not reducing stress. Not reducing pressure can easily cause the rubber hose to fall off and leak gas, resulting in unimaginable consequences. Pressure reduction principle: High pressure medium is flushed into a relatively large chamber through a small hole to achieve pressure reduction, which is actually achieved by intercepting the flow and reducing pressure. The two sides of the diaphragm or piston have an outlet on one side and artificial pressure on the other, and the valve stem, which controls the size of the small hole, is connected to the diaphragm (piston).

5. Photoelectric sensor: Photoelectric sensor is a device that converts light signals into electrical signals. Its working principle is based on the photoelectric effect. The photoelectric effect refers to the phenomenon where the electrons of a substance absorb the energy of photons when light is irradiated on them, resulting in corresponding electrical effects.

6. Single acting cylinder: It is one of the common cylinders. It is divided into spring reset and external force reset. Pneumatic actuators are mainly divided into linear reciprocating, swinging, and continuous rotary types.

7. Double acting cylinder: alternately supplying air from both sides of the piston, outputting force in one or two directions.

8. Capacitive sensor: A capacitive sensor refers to a type of sensor that converts changes in the measured (such as size, pressure, etc.) into changes in electrical capacity. In fact, it itself (or with the object being tested) is a variable capacitor.

9. Pneumatic converter: Pneumatic converter converts the size change measured by the pneumatic measuring head into a continuously changing voltage signal. It is used in conjunction with a dedicated electrical box or industrial control computer to achieve non-contact automatic control comprehensive measurement.

10. Emergency stop switch: An emergency stop switch is a type of main control electrical device. When the machine is in a dangerous state, the power is cut off through the emergency stop switch to stop the operation of the equipment, achieving the protection of personal and equipment safety.
